Nathaniel Ru, Jonathan Neman, and Nicolas Jammet opened the first Sweetgreen in Georgetown. They did an interview with Fortune in 2014. In that interview, they said that they knew they had achieved success when they successfully made it through the first winter break on the Georgetown campus.
